- The Activity view within Thru’s automated file transfer portal displays the file transfer activity for every Flow, Organization and Endpoint in your instance of Thru.
- Within Thru’s file sharing administrator interface, audit all file transactions such as access, uploads, downloads, messages and storage usage.

Automated File Transfer Reporting
Users can export detailed reports from the Activity view, generating .CSV files that encapsulate transfer activities based on applied filters. These reports are accessible directly upon creation or can be retrieved within 24 hours after generation from the Reports dashboard, accommodating users who may need to log out and return later for download. Additionally, data can be extracted from the report, filtered and transformed into a customizable graph, exportable as a .PNG file.
File Sharing Reporting
A suite of predefined reports enables administrators to monitor and analyze site usage effectively. The Activity Dashboard presents visualizations of key metrics with customizable intervals—daily, weekly or monthly—to suit specific monitoring needs. The User Analysis report provides insights into user activities, sortable by various parameters, with additional filters for active status and email. For content-specific analysis, the Statistics by Tags report allows examination of files and folders based on assigned tags, facilitating targeted content management.
